Kelly Sturmthal is an attorney, advisor and advocate who provides Live (recorded) Zoom meetings, Office Hours for individual questions, Practical Tools and Videos for essential insights providing a combination of in person, phone calls and short, manageable videos designed to guide you through a 12 month "BASE" agenda including:

Business Includes Income Planning | Financial Tools and Financial conversations for personal, work and business ownership planning.

Alignment Includes Myers Briggs Natural Skills assessments for work & family, Love Languages and relationship Connections for Military Families.

Strengths and Structures Includes Next Step tools for you & your family to personally protect, prosper and plan.

Estate Includes review of JAG documents, review of current assets, legal reviews, practical business and life planning tools.

Within each BASE topic, Kelly will guide, advise and plan with you personally, encourage your relationship and incorporate practical tools and encouragement for you and your spouse as you navigate your military, personal and business life.

Kelly's Briefing Room LIVE Zoom session the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 8:30–9:30 AM. Get insider updates, actionable strategies, and expert guidance. All sessions are recorded for replay access.

Office Hours

Dedicated Q&A and support time the 4th Wednesday of each month from 9–10 AM and 5–6 PM. Bring your questions, challenges, or iideas and Kelly will walk through them with you.

Meet the expert

Kelly Sturmthal

Kelly is the resident expert in legal estate planning, finance, business consultation, and planning for your family and your business.


She is driven by an altruistic mindset and fortunate to own several businesses that allow her to impact others and make a difference for families, military families and business owners. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, she has owned her own consulting firm and an estate and business planning law firm for over 30+ years.

Personally, Kelly has been a military wife for over 30 years. Kelly's husband served as an Air Force officer and pilot for over 28 years. Both of her sons are committed to the military and aerospace defense industries as engineers, and her youngest son is an officer in the Air Force, giving her a deep understanding of the sacrifices made by US military families.


Kelly is certified as a CEPA in growth and exit planning for business owners and brings extensive experience in estate planning, law, finance, banking and real estate. She provides education and practical tools to assist families, military families and business owners. By combining her expertise with her natural skill for aligning family dynamics, asset planning, partnerships and business structures, Kelly offers proven strategies through her Protect and Prosper programs and her membership communities– empowering families to protect their assets and preserve their legacy.
